Application Scope

The float glass coating defect detection system is used to detect surface defects in float glass after offline Low-E coating. It offers advantages such as establishing quality standards, classifying glass products, quickly identifying defect sources, and improving yield.

    The light source is more stable and has a longer lifespan; the light source adopts water cooling and is subjected to rigorous factory testing to achieve better temperature control, which improves the lifespan and stability of the light source by 20% compared with similar products.

    It was the first to adopt deep learning + AI methods, accumulating over 100,000 excellent model sample data, which significantly improved classification accuracy, reaching 99%.
  • Adapted to 90M glass speed
    At a resolution of 0.1mm, the detection speed reaches 90m/min, and it can handle any speed stably.
  • More comprehensive defect detection
    It can detect not only common defects such as chipping, pinholes, bubbles, heavy scratches, and heavy scratches, but also shallow scratches using a three-light source solution. It also has the function of detecting color difference across the entire sheet.

    It supports testing of single-panel, double-panel, and triple-panel boards, as well as multi-row and multi-column boards.
