Application Scope

The Solar glass (deep processing) screen printing/surface defect detection system is used for online detection of defects in solar ultra-white patterned/rolled glass. This vision inspection system is a high-end vision edge detection system. It performs high-resolution imaging of the glass edge after chamfering and analyzes the image based on defect characteristics to achieve online detection, real-time display of defects, and provides alarms or rejection.
